By using Filovo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

Filovo provides browser-based tools to convert, compress, and edit files such as images and PDFs. Processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the files you process.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Filovo to process or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users.
• Don't use Filovo's tools (such as the barcode or document generators) to create fraudulent documents.

5. No warranty

Filovo is provided "as is." Conversion quality, formatting fidelity, and tool availability may vary, and some tools are still under active development and labeled accordingly. We make no guarantee that any specific output will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, including legal or regulatory submissions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filovo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, since all processing and storage of your files happens on your own device.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time as Filovo continues development.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where Filovo is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
